1pm: RETREAT OPENS!! WomIN start arriving to set up & settle in!
2pm: What it means to be "healthy" in Generation Alpha- led by Lynn Weber, Life In Focus- Learn what is at the core of our current health conditions.
3pm: Campsite Basics- New to camping? Learn how to set up your tent and avoid common problems.
4pm: How to Stay Healthy the 1st 100 Years- led by Indiana Family Chiropractic Center- Learn how chiropractic can help keep you healthy even in your old age!
6:00pm: (Community Dinner: Plant-based Pitch-in)
7:00pm: Opening Ceremony- Led by Ali (Whole Holistic Soul)- Relax, get grounded, and open your heart to all the possibilities this weekend. We cherish our time together in a sacred women's space, and invite you to manifest your own journey and personal goals over the course of this 3-day retreat.

SATURDAY SCHEDULE:
THE MARKET... 10am-6pm: Support local women entrepreneurs! Artisans will be vending their goods for your to peruse and purchase.
9am: Zero Waste Menstruation- led by Kelly Weger- Sick of disposing of monthly waste? See examples and learn about awesome products available to make menstruation more comfortable, healthier for our body, and better for the planet! A great way to ask questions and learn more.
10am: Vinyasa Yoga (Please bring a mat or towel and a donation if you are able)- led by Ladonna- Recover, Reclaim and Regenerate the mind-body through creating a safe space, breath work and learning presence both within the mind and the body. This Vinyasa Flow yoga session will include asana poses and movement as well as mindfulness practices. All levels welcome.
11am: Creating a Joyful Life- led by Karen Caprino- Do you find yourself not smiling like you used to? Do you find yourself overwhelmed with just everyday living? Do you read the books, attend the workshops and nothing changes? Do you know you were made for more, but just can’t get there? Regardless of what life throws at you, you too CAN live a life with joy! You will learn what you can do to find the joy in everything you do! Come have fun and be joyful!
12pm: (Community Lunch: Plant-based Pitch-in)
1pm: Claim Your Story- led by Emily Smith-McCormick- We all have a story. Claiming and owning our stories is a powerful way to heal, move forward and be boldly empowered. In this workshop, we will explore our own narratives through simple writing exercises that you can take home as a tool for continued growth. Bring your favorite notebook or materials will be provided.
2pm: Succulent Success- led by Julia Mattingly- Plants bring us oxygen, joy, and relieve stress. Why not take one home as a keepsake? In this workshop, you will make and take succulent planter. Please bring cash or plan to make a minimum $5.00 donation to The Children's Bureau of Indianapolis.
2pm: Why Women Should Invest in Themselves- led by Bethany Schultz, Realtor- Why don't more women own homes? Afraid of the maintenance? Think you can't qualify to buy a home? Curious to know more about investing in real estate? Investing in home ownership is a smart part of your retirement plan. Ask a local expert and learn about innovative programs and opportunities to own your own little piece of heaven!
3pm: Imperfect Crafting- led by Bethany Daugherty, ReCraft- Often people feel like they can’t get started on crafting or art because it won’t be “good enough.” This workshop examines the problem of perfection and has several hands-on activities to help people who struggle with perfectionism.
4pm: Simple Cooking- led by Katelin Rupp & Bethany Schultz - Want to eat better for the planet and for your health? Curious about vegan food? Learn how to make some easy plant-based dishes and take part in an informal discussion about vegan food and living. Samples provided!

10:00pm: Drum & Chant Circle - led by Pauline Valvo - Bring your hand drums, percussion instruments, or voice to join us for a community drum and chant circle. No experience is necessary and we’ll have some extra drums! Some easy rhythms and chants will be taught and there will be space for you to share a favorite. Most of the time will be free-flowing/improv drumming. There is no wrong way to participate; even silence is a welcome contribution.
SUNDAY SCHEDULE:
10am: Group Nature Hike- Enjoy a walk in the woods with tips on how to live your life more sustainably. Please bring a reusable water bottle. Meet outside the main hall entry to decide which trails to explore together.
11am: (Community Send Off Brunch: Plant-based Pitch-in)
12pm: Sacred Circle Closing Ceremony- led by Pauline Valvo- Join us for a heart-centered and empowering closing ceremony - a time to connect with others and yourself, solidify what it is you’re taking away from this experience, and bring the weekend to a conscious and uplifting close.
Pauline has been facilitating personal growth workshops since 2000 and loves to connect in sacred ceremony with others. She will be starting a sacred song circle at All Soul’s UU Church in September.
